Michele joined Enspire for Enterprise in 2010 bringing with her 30 years of marketing, sales, and client service experience. Before joining Enspire for Enterprise, she was with a Membership Marketing and Fulfillment company for 23 years in Illinois. She began her career working as an Associate Account Manager with membership companies such as NRA, NWF, and Publishers Clearing House and quickly fell in love with building relationships and working to provide excellent service and support to clients. Her knowledge and experience in the Enterprise space helps drive solutions and success for our Enspire customers and the teams that support them.

A rising leader and strategic thinker. Eric Chen is a CPA, CGA. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto. He joined Enspire for Enterprise as Finance Manager in 2024. He is a strong finance business partner with over 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, management reporting, project accounting and process improvement across multiple industries. He brings expertise in deep analytics to support the senior management team in making data-driven decisions and business strategies. He always leads by example and rolls up his sleeves to get the job done. He is passionate about achieving business growth and financial success through financial planning, high performance, team collaboration and continuous learning.
